Product Summary

The ISP752R is a N channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology. The ISP752R can provide embedded protective functions. The applications of the ISP752R include All types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, μC compatible power switch for 12 V, 24 V and 42 V DC industrial applications and Replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
